Description

You will act as the onsite technical lead for Salesforce projects, defining and delivering solutions.

You will own the solution architecture and technical design, aligning with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Manage DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring adherence to security and performance standards.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless coordination, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct technical workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and code reviews across distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform features: Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
• Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategy.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are required.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams in onsite-offshore models.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
