Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions, owning the technical architecture and ensuring best practices across the full project lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of custom Salesforce applications and complex workstreams.
• Define and implement Salesforce architecture, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from implementation through support, ensuring timely execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and consulting environments.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle (implementation + support).
