Description

Owns technical architecture and engineering delivery for the Salesforce and modern web stacks.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and lead engineering implementation across Salesforce and web platforms.
• Develop production code in Apex, LWC, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Conduct substantive code reviews and enforce quality standards for partner and internal teams.
• Coach engineers, debug cross-stack issues, and resolve boundary conditions in real time.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset and Vercel/GitHub Actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, LWR, Experience Cloud).
• Proficiency in modern web stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Tailwind.
• Experience with Health Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and B2B Commerce.
• Strong understanding of API design (OpenAPI, GraphQL), SAML/OAuth/OIDC, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of deployment strategies including Strangler Fig and feature-flagged cutover.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot).
