Description

Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise HR solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Configure business automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and standard platform features.
• Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
• Define coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure high code coverage through rigorous testing.
• Manage deployment processes using DevOps practices and source control methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce configuration and development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components.
• Experience building REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security models and best practices.
• Familiarity with OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein capabilities.
