Description

Lead architectural design and technical implementation for complex Salesforce applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support solutions on the force.com platform to drive continuous enhancements.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and internal systems to automate business processes.
• Mentor engineers while driving designs toward scalable, asynchronous, and reactive systems.
• Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.
• Maintain code repositories and document processes to ensure seamless deployment and system clarity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience building and architecting Salesforce applications.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience customizing and developing on the force.com platform.
• Architectural experience with cloud-native Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings.
• Knowledge of public cloud architectures such as AWS or Azure, including security aspects.
• Proven ability to work on large, complex systems within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for negotiating and advising stakeholders.
• Ability to perform operational support, bug fixes, and platform enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• Solve complex business and engineering problems from inception to implementation without explicit direction.
