Responsibilities

• Translate business stakeholder requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and enforce coding standards through code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and data model.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
