Description

Lead technical design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for a healthcare payer ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain performant Salesforce solutions, integrating external data sources.
• Establish architecture artifacts including roadmaps, blueprints, data models, and integration patterns.
• Design and implement DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide strategic oversight during product evaluation, prototyping, and proof of concept.
• Advise IT leadership on technical risks and approve SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and platform limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or Snowflake for real-time and batch integrations.
• Strong knowledge of n-tier architecture and data access patterns.
• Experience managing large-scale application systems.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP/Government Cloud, or BPO/OSP licensing.
