Description

Own the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations, covering data model, security, scalability, and enterprise integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design FSC solutions for Client 360, Financial Accounts, Goals, and industry-specific processes.
• Lead technical aspects of implementations, including data migrations, data quality, and third-party integrations.
• Manage development teams using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java to build customized solutions.
• Define and manage the change management and CI/CD release process for code updates.
• Identify technical risks and set best practices for integration, deployment, and testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• 3+ years leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations with 300+ users.
• Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and domain processes.
• Hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with complex ETL data migrations and Salesforce integration tools like Informatica Cloud.
• Proven ability integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications like Oracle and SAP.
• Strong background in Java, AJAX, and global delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer.
• Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
