Description

You will serve as the primary technical leader for Salesforce initiatives, guiding delivery and defining solution architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Own solution architecture and technical design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct technical workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and code reviews with distributed teams.
• Manage DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with platform engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategy.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform features including Triggers and Validation Rules.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams across onsite-offshore models.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications required.
