Lead the technical direction, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own high-level design, architecture, and technical analysis for complex projects.
• Code high-risk and high-complexity modules while establishing development patterns and practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers to define requirements and implement designs.
• Perform thorough design and code reviews and support deployments and post go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on coding.
• Expertise in Salesforce and Financial Cloud.
• Proficiency in Visualforce and general coding practices.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project dependencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
