JOB SUMMARY: Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead enterprise-scale implementations. The role involves owning end-to-end architecture, designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and leading development teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations including data model and integrations
• Design and implement FSC solutions covering Client 360 and financial domain processes
• Lead Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations
• Manage data migration, data quality, and system integrations with enterprise platforms
• Provide technical leadership, enforce best practices, and manage release processes

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong FSC expertise
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and tools like Informatica Cloud
• Experience in data migration and ETL processes
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect
• Experience with CI/CD and release management
• Experience working in global delivery models

GOOD TO HAVE:
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Oracle and SAP
• Strong change management and risk management skills
• Experience managing large teams and multiple workstreams
