Description

You will lead technical delivery and manage the full project life cycle from definition through implementation and evaluation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery efforts and provide guidance to onsite and remote project teams.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications using custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows.
• Develop and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Execute data migration and transformation activities between Salesforce and external systems.
• Manage project work planning, monitoring, and reporting while participating in code reviews to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery efforts.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration and data transformation.
• 5+ years of experience customizing Salesforce via flows, process builder, and validation rules.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Experience with Agile delivery approaches and tools such as Jira.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise-wide development projects through the full SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

• Experience within the Insurance domain.
