Lead technical design and architectural strategy for complex Salesforce implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce architectures by evaluating design trade-offs and applying platform best practices.
• Review Apex code to provide technical recommendations and ensure adherence to development patterns.
• Own technical design documentation and guide data models and security settings (OWD, Profiles, Roles).
• Identify development risks, platform limits, and non-functional requirements to suggest alternative solutions.
• Optimize solutions for large data volumes, performance tuning, and efficient data manipulation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or complex system design.
• Expertise in building components using Lightning Experience and the Aura Framework.
• Proficiency in Apex, including hands-on experience with testing, debugging, and triggers.
• Deep understanding of SOQL and SOSL with strict adherence to Governor Limits.
• Experience with system integration using Web Services API, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of one-way and bidirectional integration of AppExchange applications.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented design patterns and platform-specific design patterns.
• Experience managing globalization considerations such as multi-language and multi-currency designs.
• Familiarity with Force.com code deployment processes and development lifecycle methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Higher certification in SFDC Platform.
