Description

You own the product backlog, stakeholder engagement, and release execution for Salesforce environments in a regulated utility or energy context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog prioritization and drive stakeholder alignment for Salesforce solutions.
• Lead data migration projects from legacy platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, including business validation and cutover planning.
• Define product requirements for integrations with Documentum, Excalibur, SAP, and MuleSoft.
• Oversee multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery and manage distributed agile teams.
• Ensure compliance with NERC standards, audit requirements, and data governance.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce product management and business analysis.
• 4-6 years of experience in Agile product management.
• 1-2 years of experience with Generative AI and analytics.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI delivery platforms (Windsurf, Devin).
• Background in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems (Documentum, Excalibur, SAP).
