Description

You will define product features, epics, and user stories for Salesforce implementations while managing the full requirements lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution using Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product features, epics, and user stories with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce product definition.
• Plan, facilitate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements across the SDLC.
• Conduct sprint ceremonies, write user stories, and report on scrum team health.
• Manage requirements using JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Mentor teams and foster collaboration through strong communication and influencing skills.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product and feature definition within Salesforce.
• Expertise in Agile Development Methodology, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall SDLC.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Agile Craft, Microsoft Office, and Sharepoint.
• Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Telco products and services.
