- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements within a single account.
- Experience in resource management and vendor oversight.
- Ability to develop funding proposals and long-term strategic objectives.
- Skill in resolving high-level scope issues and managing program performance.
- Experience preparing performance reports for program directors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
