Responsibilities

  • Manage program budgets, deadlines, resources, risks, and change requests.
  • Lead and evaluate project managers, staff, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop program evaluation frameworks to assess performance and maximize ROI.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align program activities with organizational goals.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements within a single account.
  • Experience in resource management and vendor oversight.
  • Ability to develop funding proposals and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Skill in resolving high-level scope issues and managing program performance.
  • Experience preparing performance reports for program directors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
