Description

Lead technical solution design and end-to-end Salesforce implementation within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce solutions and prepare technical design documents.
• Lead design discussions, code walkthroughs, and formal code reviews.
• Develop user stories, requirements, test scripts, and test cases.
• Execute unit testing, data migration, and Salesforce application configuration.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Expertise in Apex coding, LWC, and Visualforce pages.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in SFDC Lightning and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Developer I and Developer II.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile development practices.
• Strong technical aptitude for solving complex business process problems.
• Ability to work with zero supervision to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing domain knowledge.
• Experience creating quality documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory norms.
