Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects with expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), and related Salesforce solutions.
Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology transformation projects.
Experience preparing business cases and presenting to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish program governance, manage project plans, and oversee execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Track program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure quality delivery, resolve escalations, and drive successful project outcomes.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue against project plans, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
