Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance, manage project plans, and oversee execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Track program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure quality delivery, resolve escalations, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue against project plans, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology transformation projects.
• Experience preparing business cases and presenting to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
