Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and technical delivery of Salesforce projects, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritized feature backlogs.
• Architect Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and scalable integrations.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, administrators, and testers through Agile ceremonies.
• Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and various Salesforce customization options.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Strong ability to manage technical designs, integrations, and system configurations.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communicating risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Service Cloud Consultant certification.
