Description

You will serve as the technical authority for Salesforce architecture and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define end-to-end solutions.
• Design scalable architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platforms.
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware.
• Lead data modeling, data migration, and data governance strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and review code and designs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing).
• Experience with integrations including REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and External Services.
• Strong data modeling and data management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
