Design and lead integrated multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments. Define scalable architectures and oversee roadmaps aligned with enterprise IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-cloud architecture for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Architect solutions for Marketing Automation, Customer Portals, and Salesforce Einstein AI-powered insights.
• Drive governance for Salesforce design standards, security, and scalability through technical workshops and blueprinting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience in Salesforce integration patterns using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Einstein and data migration strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and multi-cloud strategies.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
