Description

You will design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions specifically for the BFSI or Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to BFSI or Healthcare industry requirements.
• Implement complex data models, regulatory compliance solutions, and system integrations.
• Define and optimize customer engagement solutions using Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Develop technical designs and deployment plans to address compliance requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, or SOX.
• Lead discovery workshops and advise on data privacy, security protocols, and integration strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 4+ years as a Solution Architect in BFSI or Healthcare domains.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or relevant Salesforce industry products.
• Proficiency with SOQL and Salesforce integration tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks specific to BFSI or Healthcare.
• Experience designing customer-facing solutions with a focus on security, compliance, and data governance.
• Ability to document technical designs and lead stakeholder discovery sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
• Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud Specialist certification.
