Description

You will lead the architectural design and deployment of Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect scalable data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Review and optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor development teams through design and code reviews to enforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 4+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (or progress toward CTA).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce DevOps, and version control.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
