You translate complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, serving as the technical and functional bridge between stakeholders and implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce CRM processes including Lead, Opportunity, Case Management, and Customer Support.
• Develop and implement technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Manage data migration activities using tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or Jitterbit.
• Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Communicate technical designs and project progress clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of specific experience in Salesforce consulting and development.
• Strong functional expertise in core CRM processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of data migration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
