Description

You will bridge business requirements with technical Salesforce implementation, owning the end-to-end delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and conduct gap analysis for system optimization.
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Maintain data integrity through migration, cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration.
• Experience with Nintex Packages, DocuSign, Zapier, and Payment Gateways.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• 3+ years of experience working in the UAE or Indian Real Estate market.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and App Builder.
• Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
