Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, integrating with external systems via MuleSoft and SAP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft API-led connectivity and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Handle production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Manage Territory Management configurations and ensure adherence to governance and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong development skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows.
• Experience with MuleSoft API-led integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Minimum 3 Salesforce Development or Support projects completed.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and release management.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications.
• SAP integration exposure.
