Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST, SOAP, Middleware, Mulesoft, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations, data flows, and platform services.
• Configure Salesforce features including Objects, Flows, Process Builder, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts.
• Partner with technical teams to oversee Apex development, Lightning Web Components, integration code, and platform enhancements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce automation, optimization, and best practices.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox refresh cycles, and change management.
• Troubleshoot system issues related to integrations, data sync, API limits, and platform performance.
• Document functional requirements, technical design, test cases, and architectural diagrams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce techno‑functional experience in configuration, integrations, and solution design.
• Strong experience in API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integration tools: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or custom APIs.
• Expertise with Salesforce Platform Events, External Objects, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and OAuth flows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Data Model, Profiles/Permissions).
• Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components to guide the development team.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform features.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
