Description

You will lead automation testing and strategy for Salesforce applications including Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test automation strategies for Salesforce standard and custom objects.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI-based testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
• Execute data-driven, cross-browser, and parallel test execution.
• Manage the defect lifecycle within JIRA and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software testing experience, with 6+ years specifically in Salesforce testing.
• 5+ years of automation testing experience including framework design and scripting.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in API testing using RestAssured, Postman, or SoapUI.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of element locators, WebDriver methods, and automation scripting.
• Expertise in test estimation, strategy implementation, and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Legal domain knowledge.
