Description

Lead end-to-end testing deliverables and manage a team of 10-12 members within a Salesforce portfolio. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-12 members, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development plans.
• Drive automation leadership by collaborating with Architects and Scrum teams to ensure testability and requirement clarity.
• Develop and maintain frameworks to support continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Create new proofs-of-concept for QA automation and implement process improvements for manual and automated testing.
• Define the testing roadmap in collaboration with Portfolio and IT managers to align with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total experience in software testing.
• 8+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce application testing.
• 8+ years of experience in Python automation testing.
• 8+ years of experience in API automation testing.
• Proven experience in Selenium.
• Experience managing medium to large scale testing programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with API testing.
