Description

You will lead testing efforts for Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Test Plan and share Effort Estimation for manual and automation testing.
• Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, and Automation.
• Raise defects, take ownership until resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Define automation standards and best practices and maintain traceability between requirements and scripts.
• Review test cases, test scripts, execution, and test results, and produce Test Completion Report.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Testing and Automation.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Copado CRT, Provar.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing testing strategies and executing tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
