Description

Lead testing efforts for Salesforce implementations, owning the release pipeline from planning through defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans and effort estimations for manual and automation testing.
• Execute system, integration, end-to-end, and automation testing.
• Raise defects, own them until resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Define automation standards, maintain requirements-to-script traceability, and review test artifacts.
• Produce test completion reports and define best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing and Automation.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Copado CRT, or Provar.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing testing strategies and executing tests in Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Product Owner or Program Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
