Lead QA initiatives to ensure the quality and scalability of Salesforce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and reporting of test cases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for team members and align testing approaches with client goals.
• Optimize testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Communicate test progress, quality metrics, and results to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce testing and leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading QA teams in top-tier companies.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce applications and their specific testing requirements.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience managing Salesforce test data while maintaining security and integrity standards.

• Any Graduate degree.
