Description

You will lead testing efforts for Salesforce implementations, owning the full testing lifecycle from strategy to defect resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and share effort estimations for manual and automation testing.
• Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Automation.
• Raise defects and own them through to resolution, interfacing with customers for issue review.
• Define automation standards and conduct feasibility analysis for test case automation.
• Review test cases, scripts, and execution results; produce the Test Completion Report.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Testing and Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Provar, Copado, or Copado CRT.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience writing testing strategies, test plans, and performing hands-on test execution.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
