Description

Define and implement test automation strategies for Salesforce applications, leading testing across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Design and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI-based testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and Maven, ensuring efficient execution and defect management within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce testing for standard and custom objects, including Campaigns, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Cases.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI-based testing using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Conduct API testing for RESTful/SOAP Web Services using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage defect tracking and test execution using JIRA, ensuring efficient test case execution and bug resolution.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software testing experience, with at least 6+ years in Salesforce testing.
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing, including framework design and scripting.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing covering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in API Testing using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of element locators, WebDriver methods, and automation scripting.
• Extensive experience in data-driven testing, cross-browser testing, and parallel execution.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Legal domain knowledge is desirable.
