Description

Own test automation strategy and execution for Salesforce applications across Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test automation strategies for Salesforce standard and custom objects.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI-based testing using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Conduct API testing for RESTful/SOAP Web Services using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage defect tracking and test execution using JIRA to ensure efficient bug resolution.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software testing experience, including 6+ years in Salesforce testing.
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing with framework design and scripting.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in API testing using RestAssured, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of element locators, WebDriver methods, and parallel execution.
• Extensive experience in data-driven and cross-browser testing.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Legal domain knowledge.
