Description

Lead validation testing for Salesforce applications in a pharmaceutical GxP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full validation testing lifecycle, including test planning, case design, execution, and defect management.
• Define test strategies, scopes, approaches, project milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage offshore testing teams and coordinate deliverables across onsite/offshore models.
• Own test effort estimation, resource planning, and demand/capacity management.
• Execute functionality, positive, negative, smoke, and integration tests.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SFDC and GxP validation testing.
• Deep expertise in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency with HP ALM or Code Beamer.
• Strong background in resource management and meeting SLA deliverables.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and customer interaction.
• Experience managing multiple applications simultaneously.
