Description

You will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations through manual testing and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans and test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on functional specifications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to validate business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
• Write and execute SOQL and SOSL queries for data verification and validation.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to provide feedback on testing progress.
• Maintain test data and perform sanity checks on test environments.
• Conduct regression testing following bug fixes, enhancements, and Salesforce releases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in manual Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Certinia (FinancialForce) modules, specifically PSA (Professional Services Automation) and ERP/Finance.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
• Ability to write and execute SOQL and SOSL queries.
• Experience working within agile environments and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• ISTQB/ISEB Certification.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with automation tools including Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or Katalon.
