Description

You will own the quality assurance for Salesforce applications through manual and automation testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and scripts based on business requirements.
• Validate system functionality, API integrations, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure release quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.
• Experience with Test Case Design and Automation Testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM modules, workflows, and API Testing.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools, specifically JIRA.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
