Description

Manage end-to-end testing processes for a large Salesforce ecosystem, specifically validating Service Cloud implementations and Cloud Services functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test management protocols for Service Cloud implementations.
• Validate Salesforce and Cloud Services functionality against requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end software testing processes within the ecosystem.
• Manage testing activities across the large Salesforce landscape.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all cloud services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce.com.
• 6+ years of experience specifically with Service Cloud.
• Proven experience in test management.
• Hands-on expertise in software testing methodologies.
• Experience working with Cloud Services.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
