Salesforce Tester

You will manage end-to-end testing activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and execute all testing activities including test cases and test scripts.
• Analyze business cases and translate them into structured test scenarios.
• Perform backend testing with a focus on data warehousing and end-to-end workflows.
• Log defects and track all testing activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce detailed test reports and proactively ask clarifying questions to resolve ambiguity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience with Salesforce testing and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience testing texting and messaging integrations.
• Strong understanding of backend testing and data warehousing.
• Ability to execute test cases and test scripts within an SDLC framework.
• Strong analytical skills for defect logging and tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work productively in an open, noisy work environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
