Description

Own end-to-end testing for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Community Commerce.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance automated regression suites using Selenium and Java.
• Create test scenarios and cases mapped to business requirements and documentation.
• Perform integration testing using Postman and SQL queries.
• Validate ETL/SQL workflows linked with Salesforce.
• Manage testing workflows and defects within Jira.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional testing experience.
• Proficiency in Selenium with Java.
• Experience with BDD testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud (FSL/SMAX).
• Ability to perform API testing using Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for database and ETL workflow validation.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Proficiency in Jira for test management.
• Knowledge of Python.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain experience.
• Experience with API/Microservices testing using RestAssured.
• Experience with Appium, QTP/UFT, or Tosca.
