Description

Own the test strategy and execution for Salesforce Agent Force and AI Knowledge initiatives, ensuring accuracy in non-deterministic AI outputs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Validate and test topic and action accuracy for Salesforce Agent Force and AI Knowledge features.
• Generate prompts and leverage Test Center to execute automated test suites against AI models.
• Refine and iterate test cases based on AI results, ensuring test data reflects realistic user interactions.
• Test APIs and data integrations, verifying system reliability in onshore/offshore support models.
• Manage test execution and defect tracking using Rational Tool suite and JIRA within a SAFe Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software testing experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Specialized knowledge in Salesforce Agent Force and AI Knowledge test engineering.
• Experience in Test Automation and execution frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Rational Tool suite for test management.
• Ability to validate AI concepts and handle non-deterministic testing challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing customer support and contact center systems.
• Healthcare domain experience.
