Description

You will validate custom Salesforce developments and integrations to ensure quality across the platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Execute functional testing to ensure new features and workflows meet defined acceptance criteria.
• Perform regression testing to confirm existing functionality remains unaffected by recent changes.
• Use SOQL and SQL to validate data accuracy and confirm backend processes are functioning correctly.
• Write clear, actionable defect tickets with reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and relevant context.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
• Strong working knowledge of SOQL and SQL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, flows, validation rules, and Apex.
• Experience working in Agile teams (sprint planning, stand-ups, iterative testing).
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools.
