Description

Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality and resolving issues directly with stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing methodologies across the full application lifecycle for Salesforce environments.
• Manage defects and tracking using Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
• Prepare and share Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with clients.
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Work independently to maintain application quality and meet delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce domain and applications.
• Practical knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and methodology.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect management and tracking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting testing results to non-technical client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and change management processes.
