Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, scripts, and reports across multiple projects.
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce modules.
• Review user requirements to ensure testability and validate user expectations.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or HP ALM, performing root cause analysis.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives, focusing on API testing and workflow validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing and various Salesforce modules.
• Proficiency in defect tracking using Jira and HP ALM.
• Understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, and E2E.
• Ability to validate APIs and services through manual and automated test cases.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Tosca.
• Knowledge of the electric domain is preferred.
