Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute QA test strategies, test plans, and testing artifacts.
• Validate Salesforce entities including Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, and Service.
• Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Manage defects and regression testing using Jira and Confluence.
• Interact with project stakeholders, business users, and vendors to report risks.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in SDLC and QA processes.
• 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning interfaces.
• Experience testing Salesforce permissions, features, and queues.
• Experience with AWS Connect and Call Center testing.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for Oracle DB to perform data validation and test data setup.
• Experience testing legacy web and mobile applications.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as an individual contributor in a proactive capacity.
