Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for Salesforce projects, ensuring robust testing of core clouds and Agentforce workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage testing artifacts for proper versioning, reuse, and retention.
• Execute extensive UI testing on Salesforce core clouds and SaaS-based web applications.
• Write complex SQL queries and perform post-data migration validations to verify data integrity.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate test automation into the continuous delivery pipeline.
• Compile and report test results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA experience with at least 3-5 Salesforce (SFDC) projects.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and data validation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UI testing in Salesforce core clouds.
• Experience with Agentforce testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SaaS architecture.
• Ability to communicate effectively within distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience in Salesforce projects.
• Functional knowledge of various Salesforce products.
