You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Salesforce Testing function.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the team to execute testing tasks.
• Drive team decisions and contribute to key cross-team decisions.
• Solve technical problems for your immediate team and across broader teams.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build their knowledge base.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes for efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Life Sciences.
