You will lead the Salesforce testing function as a subject matter expert, ensuring quality assurance across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the team to execute testing tasks and drive key cross-team decisions.
• Solve technical problems for your immediate team and broader organizational groups.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build their technical knowledge base.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Any Graduate degree.
